==Access the Utility
Open the PDF Shrinker utility here:
==Steps to Shrink a PDF
1. Open the PDF Shrinker webpage.
2. Click "Choose File" and select the PDF file from your computer.
3. For most compact, use the "Screen" Preset and 150 DPI
4. Click "Shrink PDF".
5. Wait for the compression process to complete.
6. Download the newly compressed PDF file.
==Tips
* Large scanned documents typically compress the most.
* If the PDF is still too large, try rescanning documents in grayscale or at a lower resolution before uploading.
* Review the compressed PDF to ensure text and images remain readable.
==Troubleshooting
Upload Fails
* Verify the file is a valid PDF.
* Check that the file is not password protected.
* Try reducing the original file size before uploading.
PDF Quality Looks Poor
* Recreate the PDF using a higher scan quality.
* Avoid repeatedly compressing the same PDF multiple times.
Download Does Not Start
* Disable pop-up blockers temporarily.
* Try another browser such as Chrome or Edge.
