Trouble saving and printing PDF documents

I am having trouble saving and printing handouts. When I select print, it only prints the screen view. I tried copying and pasting into a word document in order to print handout but that only works if the document is one page or less.
What can I do?

Hmm,
I think maybe your adobe reader is out of date. Make sure you have the latest copy here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
The other issue may be in how you are trying to print. After opening the document, try "right clicking" in the document and select "print" from the menu that pops up.
I hope this helps!

Sometimes Microsoft documents are too large to upload. In this case, the best option is to save as a PDF file. PDF just stands for Portable Document Format. It allows the background data to be stripped away, but preserves the appearance and format of your document. It will no delete your original document, it just creates a copy which is smaller that others can view in the way you intended. It is really a simple process:

Can you save as a PDF? It takes a lot less memory. In your Microsoft document choose the menus:
FILE > SAVE AS > PDF with a new name, then try to upload again.
If your version of word does not allow for Save As PDF you can download a free pdf maker at
