Most of our videos play in "Flash" this is a free software program available from Adobe. If you are having trouble with videos, please make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player here: http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If you are using an Apple computer, you may need a paid browser named "Photon" you should be able to search the apple store for it. Links can move and so can prices. Please let support know if the following is out of date:
